In our Permanent Weight Loss for Emotional Eaters classes, our coaches help emotional eaters master their mindset utilizing tools based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  If you’re engaging in emotional eating, it means you’re eating for reasons other than fuel or nutrition.  In fact, not changing the way we think about and utilize food is the biggest reason most people gain the weight back.  By learning to leverage your brain power toward weight loss, you’ll finally be able to achieve your optimal physical and mental health.  And that includes weight loss that’s permanent!

What You'll Learn:

What To Expect

Virtual Classes

Classes meet online each week via Zoom for one hour so you can attend from the comfort of your home

Course Content

Tools, concepts and stories are presented in PowerPoint to visually demonstrate the lessons in memorable ways

Email Summary

An emailed summary of key points is sent after every class to reinforce the lessons and serve as a quick index to what you learned

Access to Materials

In the email, you'll also receive a PDF copy of the slides shown in class to keep so you can review the material as often as you'd like

Unlimited Guidance

Unlimited email access to the teacher/coach for questions and guidance in between classes

Homework

Homework each week to help you put the lessons learned into practice, usually requiring an hour or less to complete

Class Recordings

Recordings of all classes so you can catch up if you have to miss a class or just want to re-watch something that intrigued you

Judgement-free support from a certified weight loss coach who understands!

Class Registration Notes:

  • Each 8 week class series meets at the same day and same time of day each week.
  • You’ll pick one class day/time that will fit your schedule for all 8 weeks.
  • Each class builds on the last, please plan to attend all eight.
  • If you need to miss a class, arrangements can be made for you to watch a recording.
  • If class minimums/maximums are not met or exceeded, you may be asked to attend on a different day or time.
