Once employers have signed up for a plan, their only responsibility is to build employee awareness and implement the internal launch.  After that, it’s an independent process.  Employees will work directly with Coaches for Health, using our member portal.

No information is shared with employers beyond anonymous statistics that reflect the areas of coaching utilized.

Yes. Sessions can be with one coach around one topic for the whole year, or members can mix and match to meet their needs. (i.e. 8 weeks of weight loss coaching, 6 weeks of leadership coaching, etc.) We do ask that members complete each area of coaching before moving on to the next.

Absolutely. Feeling comfortable with the coach is a big part of achieving transformation.
Members can change coaches if they are not able to build a rapport by the end of the
XXX session.
